I rely on reviews for service and anything dealing with any business. I walked in this morning and I immediately noticed that no one greeted me, I even walked up to the register and all employees looked at me and walked around. Finally after a few minutes a guy said sorry I’ll be with you in a sec.
Always super nice. They’re always very busy no matter what time I go, so I can see why my drink would take a while. I’ve never had a bad experience and if my drink doesn’t taste right they always remake it.
doesn’t know how to make what the customer ordered. i asked the worker to make what i wanted twice after they failed to make the drink the first time. she was compliant the first ask but the second time she went out of her way to explain the recipe to her coworker before attempting to make the drink

Consistency the slowest store in the chain. Even other Starbucks stores talk about the Perkins Rowe locations speed! Go somewhere else if your in a hurry.
I don’t normally leave reviews, but the service here was pretty bad. They had a girl working there in a purple sweater that was just dancing around the entire time in the front talking to the cashier and one guy out of a staff of five was actually making all the drinks and doing a great job with it.
Beautiful store but I hope you have a while to wait. Every time I’ve been there it takes forever. Even if you do mobile order it’s never ready. Plus it just seems like the workers are overwhelmed. No drive thru either.
litteraly the slowest starbucks in baton rouge. the reason it didn’t get one star is because the employees are really nice.
