Review Phat Boyz Pizza - Baton Rouge

I got the BR TIger Pizza which includes pepperoni, mushrooms, sausage, jalepenos and a lot of cheese. The pizza was quite large and hefty. They don't skimp on the toppings or cheese. I was surprised to how well it was cooked and it turned out delicious. Next time I will get a 10" and perhaps a single topping such as pepperoni to see how that turns out. i also want to try their wings next.

The pizza is amazing! Stuffed with cheese and toppings with a delicious buttery garlic crust. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the call that the pizza was ready, so make sure you stay on top of possibly not being told your pizza is ready.

I really want to love this place but their inconsistencies make it difficult. Some trips are great and some trips are not. Two days ago the fresh dough crust was burned which took away from the experience.

Pizza was delicious! Super cheesy. If you don't like thick crust ask for the thin. And I would recommend the Caribbean Jerk flavored wings.

I finally decided to try Phat Boyz when someone at work offered me a slice of pizza they had ordered. I was really impressed and decided to try them. When I arrived at the establishment, I was greeted in a friendly manner. The workers made polite conversation with me, and I told them about my experience with their pizza at work and they were very nice. I ordered a supreme pizza and a 2 liter. My order didn’t take long, and when they handed me the pizza, it was HEAVY!! A nice gentleman walked me to my car with my drink and bid me good day. The pizza was loaded with toppings, so much so that the toppings were falling off, which made for a very filling pizza. I was stuffed after only two slices. I must say, though, that my favorite part of the pizza is the crust! It was so delicious! It was buttery and chewy! We finally finished this pizza after 2 days. It is still delicious, even after reheating! I would definitely order from them again.

I ordered a pizza from them the day before thanksgiving after waiting an hour to pick it up I Returned home & bit into the pizza just for it to be raw dough. I called and of course no one answered. Once they opened on Friday 11/26 I called to speak with the manager & told her that the pizza that I brought two days before was raw she then told me I needed to bring the pizza in after 2 days. I told her it was in the trash but I did take photos of the pizza in the box , with the receipt an she then stated that they would need to see it for themselves . No accountability whatsoever , or apology .. seriously who holds a raw pizza for two days . This is the prime example of why it is hard supporting black businesses . I have supported them since they first opened but will never return again.. & make sure I don’t recommend others . Please take your hard earned money else where .

Picked up some pizza and wings for 38$. It was good ... really cheesy and meaty... will be going back

I don't know why it took me so long to eat here but I'll definitely back and recommend it to anyone who loves authentic original hand-made Pizza

Had to make a delivery behind their last night got a chicken and bacon cheddar cheese pizza don't normally eat pizza because of my diabetes but that was the most amazing and friendliest people I have dealt with in the last few years next time I'm back down there to deliver a load of Whirlpool I will be buying another Pizza and maybe one the package up and bring back to Ohio

Amazing pizza. Great family run restaurant! My family and I had to evacuate Florida. While we was staying in Baton Rouge we got pizza from this place twice.

1 of the biggest and meatiest pizza that I have every had in baton rouge la. I thought 12 slice pizzas was out a long time ago lol. This place is enough to feed family and friends off just 1 slice lol. Love it ya'll have to try for those who haven't

This pizza!! O.M.G... I use to love pizza hut.. But pizza hut doesn't taste like it use to. Just put it this way. The old pizza hut is in the BUILDING!!

First time ordering! Pizza & wings fresh, hot & delicious! Absolutely better than the others. I see other reviews complaining about time of delivery. Order the others, quit complaining. You want better, may take a few more minutes, but worth it to me!
