staff and customer service USED to be freaking amazing. I loved going, now it sucks. I've never seen a place plummet so bad because of a few changes in staff. I had some young black girl speak to me like I was garbage today over a misunderstanding about a question I had about 5$ Fridays. Which as it turns out the particular shake I order used to be 5$ but is now 6$. I asked for the management to begin with on the beginning of the of the call and got someone who said managers weren't in at the moment. That,s all fine and dandy but this girl had absolutely no business trying to handle something as working out with me a simple communication as she told me I needed to Be quiet. What? 3 years plus of loyalty to this place because of staff but I will never return to this store again and will also warn all of my friends to take the extra minute to go to another one.

Extremely sweet smoothies. I went twice and asked for not added sugars, however I ended up disappointed. I don't think they use real fruit but syrups and juices; specially if you ask for blueberry. I don't recommend it. We are in great need of a smoothie place that uses real fruit and not syrups and concentrate. :-(

Checked my receipt, they got the smoothie wrong. No big deal i think, i say this to the short haired brunette kid and he didn’t even mention it to anyone else, just did a halfway glance and lied to my face that they put in the order right. One taste and i knew they didn’t. Go to the one on highland these people will straight up lie to you.

This is a FIVE STAR RATING purely because of the hard worker Arielle. She is alone in this smoothie king right now and she is doing FANTASTIC. Has a drive thru line 4 cars deep, had a few people inside and has been just nonstop going going going pumping out smoothies, and she has a great attitude while she’s doing it. I’ve never been so impressed by someone’s ability to keep on truckin while everything’s going crazy around her. Amazing

It's decent enough, as Smoothie Kings go. But I have a problem with the management there, as they don't seem to understand which coupons are applicable to which smoothies.
