Food was over seasoned. It’s always a hit or miss with the seasoning and flavor.
Seafood fried extra hard. Fries fried dried and burnt on most, and seemed to be from a previous order.
My condo is 3 minutes from the location. There’s no way my food should be cold when delivered. Rant over.
The Gonzales location is 1 MILLION times better !
Shout out to the young guy that runs this location. The team is impeccable and the quality has been perfected for years.

Thanks to TikTok, we found out about this place! We came for the crawfish egg rolls, but also had loaded seafood fries and a double bacon burger. Everything was great and the people were super friendly! I even got to thank the guy that made the video bc those crawfish egg rolls were worth the drive!

Got there around 5:30. The crowd really picked up around 6:00. Food was great, I think the best burger I've had on Baton Rouge. It's a small place inside with a small outdoor patio. Be prepared for being a little squished inside at busy times, but that's part of the charm. Make some new friends!

Went here today & had a hair in my egg rolls. Ordered the seafood fries & the fries were full of grease. The place is full of flies, they leave the door open & just let them in. Just disgusting, the one on plank was better. If I could leave no stars I would.

I called in my order on Monday at 4:20 p.m. got there the place was dirty and nasty. My fries were too hard and over seasoned. I have been sick for the past two days. I called yesterday to talk to the owner or manager, and the girl who answered the phone, was really really rude. The one on plank road was a whole lot better.

Don’t go around closing time. They start playing games around this time. I called to do a call in order and they said they dont go call ins after 8:15. I get there and the employee said “why didn’t you call in?” Tf you just told me yall dont do call ins and to make matters worse she says the only thing they have left to serve me is bread. Foh

The service was awful. I called ahead at 6:45 (an hour) to order my food & once I got there was told I couldn't receive half of my order because they were no longer doing chicken tenders. Then both of my shrimp burgers were incorrect &the place was jam packed & I couldn't check my food. Incredibly unprofessional &there were flies flying around all in the place.

My sister and I tried the Gonzales location for the first time. The lunchtime was amazing. To see the owner and staff working the crowd was amazing. The burgers were great. However, I ordered a avocado burger. My avocados were large, hard chunks of which I was unable to enjoy. I would like to suggest that you think about slicing or smaching the avocados for flavor and appearance. With that said...we will return and return with others. Congratulations!!

The gurro wrap is absolutely devine. You can get it with everything but the kitchen sink, or with just meat and their creamy white cheese sauce. It is just as good leftover and it is fresh off the grill. So glad they have a Gonzales location. Great job to the owners and staff. Very friendly and exceptional service.

Went ate at for lunch and was great . Tasha was my server and was extremely friendly and accommodating. Very nice and polite. Also the cook too . Had the BBQ beef poboy . Best I ever had and generous portions . Will be back !
