Is there much to say about Chic-Fil-A!? The one fast food restaurant that is consistent in quality customer service and food. Order is always correct and the food is always good. The line moves fast no matter the time of day. Great establishment.

Discovered Chick-fil-A back in 1970's in NOLA, all these years later, still consider the 'original' sandwich as my old time favorite fast food. Wish they'd kept the coleslaw though, it was awesome

This has to be the worst chick fil a I have ever been to. The inside of the restaurant is disgusting. There is food all over the floor and tables. We could hardly find a clean place to sit. The restrooms were just as dirty and the trash was overflowing. The chicken nuggets were old, dry, over cooked, and hard. The fries were hardly warm. I am extremely disappointed In the service here. I will definitely not be back to this location.

Aww nah Chick-fil-A what could have happened? You always get it right. I got home to find my order was not all there. Dang the drive back to pick up 1 freaking chicken sandwich is no fun with has prices through the roof. What is this? A brown spot on my chicken patty. Oh no it tastes funny. Well you tried! Usual experience at Chick-fil-A is good this one was sub-par but it's okay I'll give another location a try.

I don't know what has happened to this location but the service has gotten horrible! Many employees standing around joking and not working! My drink had no ice, no utensils/straws and drive thru line was ridiculous and barely moving. I spent my entire lunch hour to get a fast food meal. Will not be back! This location was a pleasure to deal with until now!

The worst customer experience I’ve ever had! Every time I go to this chic fila I say I won’t be back but after today I will never!! I wait 45 minutes in line for them to tell me they could not fulfill my order. Refused to do anything to make the situation right and were extremely rude!!!! I’m sorry is not good enough. Corporate you should look into this restaurant because it’s the worst one I’ve ever been too!!!

Stuck in a long unmoving line. Waiting for breakfast. Get to the speaker at 10:31 and they cannot serve me breakfast. Complete bullshit. I waited ten minutes in the drive thru line. The explanation for the wait was they were backed up filling lunch orders during breakfast. How is that my fault? Then I have to wait another ten minutes to exit because they can serve lunch during breakfast hours and hold up the entire line. Worst experience. Worst customer service by management. Lost a faithful customer today.

Very disappointed today with our breakfast:( Our chicken was so small that I was eating more bread than meat. Won't be spending my money on another breakfast sandwich from here, not worth it honestly. Hope you guys can give a larger piece of meat for the price. Thanks

I have finally stopped going to this location. It’s such a disappointment for CFA! The customer service is sub par at best, and not what you expect at CFA. Most of the time they don’t make you feel welcome. I’ve never had bad food or slow service like many others which is why they get a 2. The owner and management need to get on the ball. Like the College Drive location....where I recently sat among 6 other employees in the dining room. The employees (on break) occupied all booths - some talking loudly on their cell phones and eating. 6 employees. Not a good look and so unprofessional and inviting. This has happened so many times which is the only reason I’m writing this review.

While the place and the people were very pleasant, as always...the food was Terrible. I made the mistake of ordering the Spicy Southwest Chicken Salad w/ the chili lime vinaigrette. I was nothing but HOT. So hot that there was absolutely no flavor but Hot. I live in S. Louisiana, and I like Spicy food--but this tasted like it was just soaked in a hot pepper sauce of some kind. TERRIBLE. I have had the southwest chicken salad many times and enjoyed it. This spicy version-I'll never order again.

I have never been the least bit disappointed in the restaurant!!! The food is always hot and delicious, the service is fast, friendly and second to none, and it is always very clean. It's my go to fast food choice-Monday thru Saturday!

So I got off work at 10 am. Get to chick fil a double line by 1010 am. It's packed. Finally get to the order area at 1035 am just to tell me after waiting that long that they can't give me breakfast anymore. So went across the street for a quick breakfast at McDonalds. Would have rathered the healthier option at Chick fil a but they didn't even offer any breakfast options after waiting that long.

Storm walked into this place a wreck and messy. I had order bbq clubhouse sandwhich meal. The fries was cold and sandwhich had rotten lettuce. I asked the employee for a new sandwhich to be remade but she comes out with only lettuce in a black container. She claims thats what he people in the back gave her. After the wait for the lettuce my whole meal is cold. I ended up going upfront to speak to a manager but same employee finally goes ask to remake my order. Thank you! This was a awful service for just a sandwhich.

We went to Chick-fil-A at rush hour and the line was wrapped around the building twice. Not only was there a worker happily directing traffic, but we received our food in less than 10 minutes... Reason #174649209 why I love Chick-fil-A!

I am a former CFA employee and one of my areas was the dining room during lunch. The dining room was a disaster. Tables were not being cleaned quickly and the trash was overflowing. The kid tasked with the dining room had no urgency, even though it was after 2 pm. I cleaned my own table. My sandwich was wrong and while I went to get the right one, the above kid finally cleaned my table, but also threw away my fries and drink both of which were full. And he still left the table sticky. And while several tables were still a mess, and the trash still overflowing. he chose to mess with the straws, which were not empty. I only saw him on the floor twice.
What is surprising is that I saw 4 different Directors, and none of them seemed concerned or even noticed the state of the dining room. When I asked for a director to tell her about the wrong sandwich and my lunch being thrown away, while she handled it and got me new fries and a drink, I was not the first one she served. My experience is you handle the mistake first. I waited a few minutes.
And the food was average. Fries not hot. I was very disappointed. The whole experience was not the CFA way. And urgency is not part of the culture. Will not be returning.
