Heads and Tails is always excellent and is our go-to seafood restaurant. I had grilled crawfish poboy and it was amazing!!! Our family agrees that they have the best french fries in Baton Rouge by far!!!

Awesome food, beverage and service. Had the combo fried oysters and crawfish. Best ever, cocktail sauce was very good, beer was 32 degrees...perfect place!

Great food for a great price!. You'd never know it was there when you drive down Perkins but taking the right on silverside is so worth it!! Delicious food and clean place! Live music plays on weekends and everything is priced so reasonably! You can't get food this good for this price at any of the chain seafood restaurants

Poboys are EXCELLENT. I visited Heads & Tails today for the gumbo, but decided to try the Heads & Tails Combo (1/2 poboy with cup of seafood gumbo) and absolutely adored the shrimp poboy. Wow! It was incredible. Hot, fresh, WELL SEASONED and delicious. Perfect blend of everything. Service was also incredibly friendly. I can't wait to visit again!

Best food in Baton Rouge!!! I've eaten all over this city and Heads & Tails Seafood by far has the best traditional Louisiana cuisine! Better than the chimes, drusilla seafood, walk on's, etc!!!!

A gem off the beaten path. My husband and I decided to eat here when we were in search of a famed Muffalotta sandwich. They told us that their sandwich was better than any in New Orleans. I'm not usually a fan of Italian meats and I was skeptical but I wouldn't be surprised if they were right. I since had a bite of a muff in NO and it wasn't nearly as good. I'd like to make it out and try some of the specialty meats that they sell in the front room.

Wonderful!. My friends and I had a blast! The atmosphere is warm and friendly- feels like you're eating over at a friend's home. The food is very yummy- had the crawfish which were perfectly boiled. Also had live music! Staff is super friendly and our server (Caty) was amazing! Couldn't have asked for a better time.

I heard about Heads and Tails through friends and everything I heard was positive. As soon as I walked in the doors there on a Saturday night, immediately I was warmly greeted by an employee behind the fresh seafood market side of the restaurant. I ordered an oyster poboy w/ fries and a cup of their famous seafood gumbo. The gumbo was hot and had a great ammount of seafood in in. less than 10 minutes later, my poboy was brought out. It had 10 crisp fat oysters and plenty of fries. I'll definately be going back again!
