Rotisserie chicken with mashed potatoes was delicious! Loaded potato soup also very good.!Very attentive waitress. Great atmosphere. Will be returning!
I love this place. It's cozy and dim, good for a date. Also nice for a girls lunch before a mall trip :). The prime rib French dip sandwich is wonderful, as is their spinach and artichoke dip app. But my favorite item on the menu is the cypress salad. Between Th sweet croutons, perfect fried chicken, avocado, and pecans, it is just delicious. Service is always good too. It is a little on the pricey side. The menu is not huge but has many good choices.
No complaints. I have been coming to this place since it first opened in the mid-nineties. Its decor is still quite stylish after 20 years. I like coming here for drinks. When I do have something to eat, it usually is at the bar (You don't have to endure any screaming brats). Last night was no exception. The bartender (I think her name was Holly) was very friendly and entertaining. I ordered a bottle of the St Francis cab and the Danish baby back ribs. The best part of the meal was the cole slaw which was exceptional . I really need to come to this place more often. It has good food and great service.
First trip there was valentines day.. food was wrong twice then cold....told manager and he compted meal and gave us 80 dollars to use on the next visit...which we did and had a fantastic experience....totally redeemed
Best steak EVER!. We went there tonight for the first time to celebrate our Anniversary. Please let me tell you this: If you want the best steak you have EVER eaten, you need to look no further than J Alexander's. Yes, it was a bit pricey, but worth every tasty, juicy bite. Did I mention the Key Lime Pie? OMG.
The staff was excellent. It was raining as we left, and I was walked to my car with an umbrella! Very nice touch.
Top notch Caesar salad, ask for croissants.....best spinach queso thats ever entered my mouth. Steak Maui has pleasant sweet sauce that's one of the house specialties
IMO this used to be a great place to eat but it has gone steadily downhill to the point where I don't eat there any more.
Great ambience. Definitely upscale. Service is second to none and the prime rib is incredible! OMG try the pumpkin pie if they have it!
The best pomegranate martinis. My husband and I eat here every week. You can't ask for better service. The food is always good. I have eaten every thing on the menu and as with any restaurant there are menu items I like, and some I don't like. I like how I can order items that are no longer on the menu, and they will still make it for me, like the Cilantro Shrimp-my fav. Thanks guys!
Great Steak. Thumbs up on staff and food. Best Ribeye i ever ate. Prim Rib could use more season side dishes are eye pleasing and taste good too.
