popped in a couple of times when spending a week end in Bath. Manager/barmaid were both brilliant, extremely welcoming and helpful. mixed grill was lovely, they had no sundae glasses,but still served them in a bowl. called up at 12 to say the kitchen was closed Saturday night which was helpful. only one cask bitter on,doom bar,but apart from that great pub

Thanks to Charlie at the bar and Jack & Luke in the kitchen. Top service even on a busy Friday night. Honest with the wait times for food and accommodating with the service. Was told 45 min wait but it was no more than 30 max. Redeemed a groupon deal and an exclusive app deal for drinks so really good value for money.

We recently revisited the Red Lion pub after an at least 5-year hiatus due to the food and the service being consistently poor, and we were pleasantly surprised by the positive changes! The service was speedy, and the staff were friendly, making the overall experience enjoyable. While my steak & chicken combo was a bit dry, I wasn't expecting a gourmet meal, and the value for money is undeniably good. The affordable menu prices are definitely a highlight. It's great to see the pub has improved and we will look forward to more visits in the future!

Mum and I come in on a regular basis and found today was quite busy, with only Karole manning the bar- she was doing this efficiently and extremely well under pressure as there was a long queue waiting. She had a smile on her face the whole time. We both noticed this and wanted to leave good feedback. excellent bar customer service. She definitely needs a massive thank you! I arrived at the Red lion for a meal with a friend the menu was very appetising and easy to navigate. The service at the bar was quick and easy. The meal come out looking amazing and well presented, the steak was cooked to perfection and the onions were to die for Chef Simon done a stunning job. The waiter I think his name was Luke was very polite and conscientious fast with service and made sure our food was as wanted. The pub clean and tidy and well presented.
