Tribella Grill

After hearing so many great things about this restaurant, we decided it was finally time to go and enjoy a nice dinner out. We were seated right away. And then waited while we watched other tables get their drinks and food (seemingly very attentive service). After about 5 minutes a man set down a basket of bread (very stale bread) on our table without saying a word and quickly walked away. After another 5 minutes my husband stopped a server walking by and asked her if she knew who would be taking our order. She told us someone would be with us shortly. Finally our server arrived at our table and asked what we’d like to drink. We ordered our drinks and then waited again. The guests near our table who had arrived shortly after we did got their drinks and start ordering appetizers. After 10 minutes passed after ordering our drinks, we decided to leave. We ran into our server on the way out and she assured us she was on her way to the bar to prepare our drinks, but after we had spent as much time waiting as we did, we had no desire to stay. Very disappointing - I’ve had some less than great service at restaurants before, but never felt the need to actually leave.

Before COVID Tribella’s was one of our favorite restaurants. During COVID, we patronized Tribella’s by ordering carry out because of the great food and the amazing staff. Today I hosted a bridal luncheon and all our prior experiences were magnified by the commitment Tribella’s made to me by providing great food, presentation and especially service. As soon as my guests arrived, I had nothing to do but enjoy the afternoon.

We had to leave Aquaviva and decided to try Tribella after not dining there for a long time. They were short staffed as most places are but we were acknowledged and seated. The wait staff members were very attentive and personable. The food was fresh and tasted great. The prices were very reasonable. We will definitely go back. Great job!!
