Sure Thing Burger

Burgers are fantastic! Great burger place to visit with the family or even on a date. The employees are very friendly and super helpful. Our family arrived 5 minutes after 9pm not realizing they close at 9pm (place had people eating and doors were open) but, the owner greeted us with a smile and took our order. The owner went out of her way to help us and made sure our visit was a good one even after they had close. The kitchen staff were also very friendly and had a great sense of humor (you can see the kitchen from the sitting area). Great food, great service!

This place is such a disappointment. As soon as we walked in today, the waitress was very rude and had an attitude. We were visiting from NC and wanted to try their burgers. We had to walk out without even trying their food because of that woman's poor customer service. I would recommend Vail and Avon restaurants were food and service are excellent

Love this place. Everything is done by hand. The fries are made fresh. Buns are home made. Plus you get a free soft serve ice cream cone with each order. Best of all, everyone who works there is really nice and friendly. One negative is it gets pretty loud inside when it's filled with little kids. I blame the parents for that. One time it was horrible. Parents doing nothing while the children were literally running around screaming and crawling on and jumping off the tables. The parents oblivious to the other diners . Unfortunate,but no fault of the restaurant.
