Review Pizza Hut - Bartow

I asked for a specific order. The pizza was not correct so the manager, Rebecca, took it back and fixed the problem immediately. Thank you for your awesome service! Our family LOVED the Pizza!

Order a 2 pizza's last night at 8:32 and they weren't delivered until almost 10 pm. And both pizza's sucked, one had literally no sauce and was so dry my dog wouldnt even eat it

Ordered at 8:30 pm and would be delivered by 9:15. At 9:30 get call that they do not have the right crust (pan crust). Then they said we will give us stuffed crust. Then at 10:30 I called them they said we had a fire truck and couldn't get out of the parking lot because the exit was blocked. So the offer to take 20% off and waive delivery fee. So we go up to the store and no one is at the counter. Delivery car is parked. But all there truck order which should have been in the freezer was in the lobby. Because we'll I didn't want to get my family sick especially my daughter. Never got pizza and decided to eat somewhere else. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND BECAUSE IF THERE TOPPINGS AND CRUST WHERE OUT PEOPLE CAN GET SICK. ALSO THEY HAVE 2 EXITS OUT THE PARKING LOT. ALSO IF YOU ARE OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF LATE MAYBE CALL SO I DONT HAVE TO WASTE MY TIME. WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS BUT WONT LET ME. BUT I THOUGHT PEOPLE SHOULD KNOW SO NOBODY GETS FOOD POISIONING.

Online ordering was a little slow and I had to wait for the pizza when I arrived. Food was great though.

I order a pizza and redeemed my points for 8 boneless wings, a few minutes later the manager calls and says they dont have any wings or bread and that they cant replace what i order with anything . And he could not give me my points back he offered nothing to fix the issue. He was rude and the pizza sucked.

Pizza was good and made quick, staff was nice, but the SMELL in there is enough to make me gag. Also no one was wearing masks yet they had their lobby closed so it doesn’t make a lot of sense. But at least do something about the smell.

First make the delivery estimated time correct. It said would be ready in 30 mins and was over an hour. Second, and more importantly I ordered with no contact delivery, meaning they should have left the pizza at the door, instead they knocked on the door repeatedly until someone answered and the delivery driver had an attitude. Worst experience from any restaurant ever.

Jennifer gave great customer service!!! The tell pizza hut website wasn’t work or else I would do the survey!
