The best New England Clam Soup ever! The croutons are made fresh and so delicious I took an extra bag home . Love the verity of hot teas . The atmosphere was quiet and calm, very nice. Excellent customer service with a smile. I will be back.
Both of the ladies, K and Shana, I worked with to order a four layer baby shower cake were extremely helpful. They pulled off a custom baby boy blue confetti cake with buttercream and the decor was absolutely adorable. We had plenty of cake for our party. Will definitely use them again. :)
I've eaten off and on here for years. It's always good and she never disappoints. Today I got the slice of quiche & piece of cheesecake (peach). It tastes like you stopped at Grandma's house who's from Georgia. Delicious!
I have no idea how I haven’t heard of this gem before. While waiting for my truck to get serviced i walked here for some coffee and breakfast and everything was so amazing! From how beautiful the shop is decorated, the delicious breakfast sandwich (i highly recommend the sausage egg and cheese croissant sandwich), and the blueberry lavender tea, and to add on to that the staff was so sweet and helpful! Will definitely be coming back and bringing friends. Thank you thank you thank you for a great change in my morning!
My daughter wanted a special designed cake for her 15th birthday. So she Googled and found Cookie Jar Bakeshop. Shana, the owner, came through with the design and taste. She uses real fruit filling, we had raspberry and you knows it real fruit due to the seedlings. Cookie Jar cake is a little heavier than what we are used to, Publix. Also, it was more then what I wanted to pay. Other then that I loved the cake we got. Flavorful, fresh, artistic, and genuine people.
The new summer salad is delicious! Grilled chicken, strawberries, feta, candied pecans with an amazing peach bourbon dressing. Customer service is first rate. They know their customers’ names and always make you feel welcome!
Carla and I stopped here for something sweet. Such a cute place! We bought several different kinds of their cookies and they were all to die for. I got the Hawaiian cheesecake bar and Carla got the 7 Layer bar and they were both yummy! If you are in town you need to stop and pick up something sweet from this shop. The staff and the baker(I think the owner) were super nice! Thanks for the great treats!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful Shana and her team are at The Cookie Jar! Shana reached out to me about what I was looking for and she was so kind, flexible, and up front. We set a day and time to meet and discuss what I was looking for for my daughter’s first birthday. Shana helped me come to a decision on flavors, design, and quantity and she even let me sample the cake and frosting flavors that day to make sure I loved it which was a wonderful touch! Payment was easy, pick up was easy! The day of pick up the ladies loaded everything securely into my trunk and let me say the cake was everything I wanted and more!!! All of our guests raved about the design and how delicious it was. The have a future customer for sure!!
I cannot even begin to say enough wonderful things about Shana, her staff and the Cookie Jar Bakeshop! I had a last minute ‘need’ for customized baby shower cookies and they made it happen. When I say last minute, I mean two days notice and right in the middle of all of the graduation orders. Not only were the cookies delicious, they were gorgeous!! The Cookie Jar Bakeshop will definitely be my ‘go to’ in the future. Thank you, Shana, for staying late, bailing me out and working your magic!
We had an even for the Polk Association for Women Lawyers at The Nest which is operated by the bake shop. The provided snacks were delicious and included savory scones with fresh whipped butter, a couple of varieties of quiche, drinks and fresh cookies. The space was clean, easy to use, and there was plenty of parking nearby. All in all an excellent experience. Thank you!
They made a beautiful charcuterie for my husband's birthday that was absolutely amazing. I could not have been happier with the service and the quality of the food. We will definitely be ordering more.
Shana took my ideas for my ghostbusters obsessed 7 year olds birthday cake and went above and beyond ! It was delicious, and so fun to plan it with her. Everyone LOVED the green slime she filled the inside of the cake with!! I love to shop local , and this is one of the main reasons why! Never disappointed when I order something from here!!
Correctly baked cakes are hard to find these days. The Cookie Jar delivered! My 50th birthday cake was awesome! My wife had a few crazy birthday ideas and the Jar staff made it a terrific evening, I'm so grateful.
Perfection, ordered a birthday cake for my daughter and it was just as beautiful as it was delicious , a naked light pink layer cake with fresh flowers , vanilla with fresh strawberries and it was beyond delicious, 10/10 will absolutely be my bakery for every occasion!!!

Just found this place… Omg The cookies are amazing, the Espresso Caramel bar was amazing, and the owner was wonderful. We are going back in the morning for breakfast!!!
