The food was great, service was great, but the tables were all dirty. There was literally a Togo box sitting on a table with ranch spilled everywhere for the hour I was there. Take care of that and this will be an awesome Zaxby’s!

Today was one of the best experiences I’ve had at this Zaxbys. Me, my sister, and my girlfriend all went to dine in a little before they closed the lobby, so I expected the workers to take a bit with the food. When my sister got her food first, it was courteously delivered to us, which I didn’t expect, and when me and my girlfriend’s order was taking longer than I would have expected, I went to politely ask if the order was still being worked on. One of the workers kindly went to go check on the order themselves and when they realized the order had not been made, the manager stepped in and gave us a full refund with the food we ordered and a cookie for each of us. The workers, manager, and back of house cooks all acted kindly and understanding, which I did not expect due to us coming in so late to closing and since they were already drained from their long shifts, but they produced one of the best customer service gestures I’ve ever experienced. I am thankful for the team that took care of me and everyone else, this place is improving greatly.
Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings never disappoints when it comes to great food. The chicken fingers are incredibly crispy and flavorful, and the variety of dipping sauces takes the experience to another level.
It was good, the mushrooms were crisp and juicy. I had original with sauce on the side
and I really liked the wings. It is a place I would definitely come back to.

I have visited this location several times and had a wonderful experience at the drive through this past week. I ordered a salad and a large tea to go and I asked for the tea to have extra ice and when I say extra, I meant a lot!. The person taking the order did not understand my request at first and after I repeated it, she said, “pull forward.” When I got to the window, not only were they very friendly, they gave me an extra cup just full of ice plus my large tea with extra ice. Thank you for going above and beyond. It’s the small things that count! I appreciate you all!
Food is amazing, they never mess up my order. (I do only order boneless chicken and fries so i guess it would be pretty hard to mess that up) But they do take a while to make the food and around 2 PM the high schoolers all go there
They literally care about your food! India saw I was late to pick up my order and it was cold so she had them remake it before I even got to the drive thru window, I truly appreciate her!!
Fantastic experience! Monday afternoon at 4pm, drive thru was speedy, service was friendly and efficient, food was fantastic! Specifically the new Asian Zensation salad. The manager at this location really knows what they are doing. We were very impressed!
From my very 1st first till all the other times ive had Zaxbys. I have loved it! My food is always fresh. Although the only issue I had this time was the ketchup in the dispenser on the condiment counter was very bad. Instead of removing the ketchup they just pushed it behind the other dispensor. Other then that I enjoy eating at Zaxbys.
I just want to say that Dorothy is an amazing employee here! She remembers my order and is an incredible lady! Food is great as well as the staff. Wish Zaxby's would put back ketchup dispenser. ;). * Update: ketchup packets set out for customers! Ty!!!
The good was extremely hot and fresh! The portions are great too! Only 2 things though, no lemon for my ice tea, and I don't like ANY of the sauces. Sad...
