Jersey Mike's Subs

My daughter placed a $50 online order with 34 min wait. Upon arrival we had to wait an additional 8 mins. We ordered 3 sandwiches, a club, big kahuna and a chicken philly. This is the chicken philly, very unappetizing and unacceptable. We called back for a manager letting her know the state of the sandwich in which she denied it being possible. She was very rude and accusatory in her tone by stating we’re not giving out FREE food. My daughter simply replied what’s free about something already paid for. I only want a remake. The “manager” kept insisting that she’s not giving away anything free! Say Less, I can deal with an occasional mishap but when the management simply doesn’t care..Thats a loss cause. We were weekly/bi-weekly customers spending upwards of $50-$75 on sandwiches for our family. At one time I could 5 star this place without hesitation but now.. Mr. Mike.. we’re out of here✌🏽.I will let the pictures do the talking.

Ordered the easiest sandwich possible to make. A BLT. You don’t even have to slice meat or heat anything up. Used the mobile app, because “Order ahead and avoid the wait” they say…. Absolute joke. I get a 30 minute wait time for a sandwich that takes 30 seconds to make. I give them 45 minutes to make it. Show up 15 minutes after the promise time and watch 3 people come in and order and receive their food. When I finally said something they very unapologetically stated that my receipt was right there, and they would get to it after they made the latest person’s sub that just walked in on he street…. I could see there was ZERO sense of urgency, so I requested a refund (I was on lunch break and only had 10 minutes remaining). Figured I could make it over to Jimmy John’s and get something before I got back…. Employee fussed around with the screen for a minute and said, okay, it’s refunded. I asked for a receipt for the refund being processed and was told they could not provide me with any type of receipt for the refund. This all occurred on 6/7/22. I waited a week for the refund, which never came so decided to contact through corporate. This was done on 6/14/22. I’m not one to put a company on public blast like this, but it is now 6/25/22 and still no acknowledgement of the issue from either corporate or the Bartlett location and no Refund. Terrible, terrible, terrible experience. I finally just filed a dispute with my credit card company. You need to do better Bartlett….

Love this place. This location is usually fairly steady and does take a little longer, especially for online orders. The online ordering process is a little off as they changed options during the original covid restrictions and they haven't changed it back but I never have any issues fixing it once arriving at store location. Food is always fresh, well prepared and you get your money worth on portions. Staff is always super friendly and helpful as well even during their busiest times.
