The lunch habachi is the best deal. Steak, shrimp or chicken soup salad noodles and veggies for about $12. Its great we eat here after church a-lot. They have a 2019 room that is sublime! Great place for kids and family!

My favorite hibachi place ever.!! They have the best rice. Im glad they add noodles to the entress. I always get the shrimp hibachi which is always fresh. They have soup meals to which adds a different perspective to the resturant. The chefs work very hard along with the waiter. I never had a bad experience. Plus it's not expensive

Food was amazing. Service was so so. Wait staff were attentive and polite though. We went at lunch time and the place was almost empty, but it still took quite a while to get our food. The floors were sticky. But, let me say again: the food was amazing! Lunch combos were about $12. You get sushi, a side, and a main dish. Pretty good bang for your buck.

Not Always on Point
I eat lots of sushi and Asian cuisine but my tastes are not picky. One night I went and both the service and food was so poor. I was so disappointed. Please know that consistency is key to keeping customers coming back. The meat in my Yakisoba was chewy and the sushi tasted old and bland. There were flies flying around the table and not just one or two. The floor of the table were were sat at was very dirty and had old food stuck in the crevices and on the floor. It was a missed spot and so obviously dirty. I think it needs a full remodel and deep clean. The cooking staff needs to get on the same page as well. Please know that I am warning you, not trying to bash the business. Don't trust the rave 5 star reviews. I have been here multiple times and what they say are not reflective ofy experience at all. The manager knows of our complaints on our visits and nothing has changed. The food was passable but not worth the money spent.

The food was delicious but the customer service left something to be desired. This experience was far different from my first (before Covid-19). Maybe because of Covid-19 and being apprehensive on serving takeout. I'll give them another try and maybe the customer service experience will have improved. If not I probably won't patronize this location.

I've always enjoyed the food here. The sushi and hibachi and especially the crawfish bisque never disappoint. It's fresh and tasty. The two star deduction comes from pricing and service. The last several times I've visited, I have had to wait a very long time even though they weren't busy (seems like a staffing issue). There were only about 4 tables not open and I was told there was a 10 minute wait... not sure why they wouldn't just go ahead and seat us since the restaurant was empty. Also, prices have gone up for sushi and it's a little crazy to me to pay $10 for sushi that is as small as it is (their rolls are very small in comparison to other sushi restaurants). I would pay that if they made the rolls a decent size but they are about the size of a nickel.

Poor service!!!
46 degrees in restaurant!!! (according to thermostat on wall). We were shivering and couldn't take our coats off. We asked about the heat and the waitress said the heat rises and that's why it was cold.....uh no...it's because the heat didn't work....unacceptable! Waitress couldn't keep up with orders, vent about hibachi didn't work which caused an enormous amount smoke to pour onto to all of us at the table. Manager Kenny didn't offer any explanation and didn't seem very concerned. He did take the gratuity off (18 %) but we were still overcharged! This place was terrible!

We were very pleasantly surprised to find this restaurant. We were visiting from out of town and sometimes finding a good place to eat can be hard. The food was amazing and according to my daughter they have the best caterpillar roll ever 😊 Great find for us!!

We had a reservation and were seated shortly after our arrival. They were super packed since it was valentines but the wait staff were very accommodating and worked hard to get our food and drinks to us in a timely manner. The food was great!! Service was wonderful as always.

We stopped in tonight for the first time to celebrate my son's 11th birthday. The service was slow, food was less than mediocre, and the chef and entertainment was extremely disappointing. To top it off, he didn't even get dessert.

We would have left had we not been with a group of old school friends........ for the record they did not appear to be particularly busy.
1-Worst service ever.
A- Were there 30 minuets before anyone took our drink order.
B- Sushi took an hour to arrive, we sent it. back.
C- 15 minuet wait times between ordering and receiving drinks. When they get your order wrong add an additional 10 minuets to correct it.
2- The heat does not work!
A- The thermostat read 46 degrees while we were there. We were not offered any explanation for the fridged temperatures only that "I can't do anything about it" per the manager (Kenny). No explanation or attempt to rectify the situation was made.
3- The vent-a-hood at our Hibachi table did not work.
A- This caused myself, my wife, and patrons at another table t be required to move and crowd around with other friends trying to avoid the smoke. Again no explanation or attempt to rectify the situation was made.
B- This made it obvious that they use margarine on the hibachi. Butter does not take your breath away when it's scorched.
4- We were overcharged!
A- over heard the waitress telling the manager (Kenny) that all the steak and lobster dinners were ringing up wrong, and indeed we did not receive the special $25.00 New years price. Again, no attempt was made to explain or rectify the situation.
B- they added an %18.75 gratuity. I understand this is customary at many places, but after such epically bad service there is no way I was going to pay it.
C- After complaining this was removed but no attempt was ever made to explain or rectify the horrendous service we received.
Sekesui bartlett ruined new years eve 2017/2018 for us. Thankfully I will not be forced to suffer them again. We will not be back!
