Came to this store and man it was busy when I walked in! The 2 blonde girls behind the counter handled it really fast and my family and I didn’t have a long wait. Their smoothies are bomb. Customer service was A-1. The place was clean. Will definitely be back.

Came in last night for the first time in years. I usually frequent the poplar store and let me say this store is organized and decorated and smells clean. The young lady working the counter (Katelyn) was very friendly. I wanted to tell the manager about her until I found out she was the manager! She sold me on a waffle cone dipped in chocolate. Tasted great

Haven't seen a TCBY is years and when I did I had to stop. It's just as amazing now as it was then. Love the yogurt flavors and all the toppings. Will be going back!!@

This was such a great experience. The woman and the man were simply amazing. They were honestly so sweet! They greeted us when we walked in, they laughed with us the whole time, they created us exciting drinks, and they were honestly the best. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. Honestly they were the sweetest people. It means so much to go in somewhere where someone seems excited that you’re there. They were busy and treated each customer like they were their best friends. 10/10 recommend!

this girl named elise works there, she doesn’t like me much and hates making my order, but she does a good job and she’s pretty cute so it makes up for it (give her a raise she’s great)

I like butter pecan ice cream, and this was my first time to try butter pecan yogurt. To me, it tastes better than any ice cream I've tried. I will definitely recommend this place. The store was clean and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

We stopped because we had saw on FB there are new owners that have made amazing changes to this location. It did not disappoint! First the we got a soft serve swirl and a frozen scoop. Both were tasty and creamy. Store was very clean and owners were so welcoming and clearly happy doing what they love. Unfortunately the "sprinkle expert" aka their granddaughter was not there to recommend her favorite hopefully we will catch her on a future visit as we will definitely be back!!!
