We eat Gus's chicken every time we come to Memphis, we were told about this location because normally we go to the one on front street. Service was horrible. It took them forever to get us a menu, we had asked for lemons, never got them, finally half way thru our meal had to ask for them again,

Such a great location. Best service I’ve had in a long while. I very one was very friendly but especially our waitress Charollte. Definitely request her every time.

Hands down the best chicken I’ve ever had in my life. I have had people flying into the area request this, as no other fried chicken in America can top it! Don’t let the amount of cars in the parking lot discourage you, they are quick to get orders out and everything on the menu is perfect!

Well ordered my food and had to wait out side. then they called me and told me my food was ready went back to my truck and ate the cold chicken and fries. great.

The chicken was excellent. I had the 3 strip plate. It also included coleslaw and baked beans. The coleslaw was excellent as well. Almost as good as nt mother used to make. Service was good.
