So IHOP decided to change name to IHOB with emphasis on burgers instead of pancakes. On this trip I had breakfast, didn't try out their burgers yet.
The 55+ breakfast sampler (you don't actually have to be 55) hit the spot just right without overloading oneself on carbs and unnecessary calories.

I've been here multiple times and have always had a great experience! The food and service is great and the restaurant is always clean, definitely a must when traveling through Barstow for me, I'll be back!
We came for the pancakes and they were great, the service in the beginning was great but as the restaurant got a little busy our waitress seemed to forget about us, she didn’t leave any napkins and we had to flag her down to get more coffee, other than that the food was good.
