By far one of the best mexican restaurants we ate at in a long time! The food was great, service was excellent and there was no wait. Couldn't ask for anything more and I'll highly recommend this place!

As a chef I can tell they use inferior meat and achieve a more tender texture by using lower heat but that robs you of the golden brown and delicious caused by the Maillard chemical reaction of proteins caramelize under high heat. The difference between Select, Choice, and Prime meats really matters
