Taco Bell

Severely disappointed with the return of the Mexican pizza esp after the long hiatus. Waited in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes. Only thing order was the pizza. Asked for onion and sour cream to be added. Of course, there was no sour cream, 100 raw onions which over powered the item, little to no meat and no tomatoes on top like before. Not sure if this was another error or pizza will no longer have the tomatoes. And to top it off on for one pizza the cost was $6.63. Total let down Taco Bell!

I went threw the drive thru and got two bean burritos no red sauce, no onions, add sour cream extra sour cream, and a chicken quesadilla no jalapeño sauce add sour cream. I leave with my food and none of it had sour cream, there was jalapeño sauce on my quesadilla, and onions on my bean burritos. I call and speak with Rebecca and she ask if I want to come back to get a replacement order and I said yes then I go back inside this time and stand in the lobby and no one talks to me for 6 minutes, then I get Rebecca again and she say “I don’t remember speaking with you.” I get my replacement order and one of my bean burritos doesn’t have sour cream, at this point I’m not going back because it’s really not that deep.

This Taco Bell has been good before but tonight, they almost forgot 4 of our items, didn't ask us if we wanted any sauces (mild, hot, etc.), and didn't give us a receipt either, didn't even ask us if we wanted it or not, they also put very little chipotle sauce if any om either of my chicken chipotle melts or my chicken quesadilla. More than likely won't be going back to this Taco Bell for a while.
