Tried to call to ask if ice cream cakes are available. Did not get an answer after multiple calls. Drove to the store. Was informed freezer “has been broken for a while” and no cakes are available. Would have enjoyed this information via phone before driving to the store. Very disappointed in the service. An ice cream shop should have functioning freezers.

Very rude staff!!! Drove up, not knowing that it was drive thru only. When discussing with grandkids where to go next, standing outside the entrance, an employee walked up to the door and made a big deal about locking the door.

Great ladies who work up there, always friendly and polite, can take a minute to get everything when busy normally super fast, but think that has more to with being drivethru only, so not holding them accountable over that with all the regulation changes because of the covid. Ice-cream and shakes are always delicious and so are their Ice-cream cakes and polar pizzas, my kids now always choose those for their birthday desserts.

Our order for 4 was a messed up.
Waited too long. Attendant could not even make a strawberry 🍓 sundry correct Asked for 2 scoop. Received 1 scoop plus No strawberry's! Was strawberry ice cream only

The manager"Megan"it's always happy and friendly and glad to see you return. Always knows my custom order and makes it perfect. She always asks how you've been and shows a genuine interest. My husband and I love coming here.

Walk up window takes the place of walk in ordering. Wait for our ice cream took quite awhile but server was nice and attentive. Ice cream good as always!

Not a good experience, I waited in the drive through for nearly 30 minutes. The girl taking the order took her mask off while making my order, the other girl didn’t even have a mask and appeared to be doing her nightly chores rather than helping with the long drive thru line. Neither were wearing gloves. I ordered a sundae, and it had so much hot fudge/Caramel the ice cream was 90% melted after driving 2 miles. Needless to say, I’ll find i e cream somewhere else.
