Mcdonald's

Everything menu wise and food is the same as other McDonald's. The only thing I would of like and i feel others too are their bathroom. It's a highly visited area specially on holidays. But in general all year round is popular. So a lot of people stop by to stretch out use the bathroom and get a bite before they get their rooms or visit the water parks. They should add 1 or 2 more stalls men bathroom.

I never know have McDonald’s so terrible. They take forever for the food. Take forever for you order , when you don’t make it form the mechanic order. They just let you go, what the crazy McDonald’s experience. I never will back this location again. They shall take the education for how to take care order how to do the services. If got the zero star. I will get them Zero.

Manager left me at the counter for like 5 minutes while he was on the phone. Then stated to use the touch screen. Ordered to dine in but received in a bag to to go. Then received trays with no paper on them. Stated they did not have paper. Worst experience at a mcdo adds I've ever had. I don't even write reviews but I did for this place. That Manger is liability to this franchise.

I don’t leave negative reviews, normally. I’ve ran restaurants, hotels, and many other businesses. Tonight I placed an order via mobile order on the app, I knew they closed at 11 so I rushed there. At 10:48 I pulled up to the drive thru to tell them my code, nobody acknowledged I was there. At 10:55 I pulled up to the window, everyone inside acted as if I wasn’t there and continued their closing duties. I honked my horn to get their attention. A gentleman quickly differed to his supervisor. She said “I’m sorry, we are closed” to which I replied “Oh what time do you close?” She responded that they close at 11 (by this time the clock was at 10:59) she said “Sorry our screens our off, we can’t help you.” If you close at 11 close at 11. If you want to close at 10:30 to leave by 11 then close at 10:30. At the very least I wanted to make sure I wasn’t going to be charged but had to honk to even get that question answered.

Staying at Great Wolf bought my little brother 10 PC chicken nugget. When he got back he started eating as any normal person would do, thats when he noticed one of his nuggets had a bite taken out of it. My sister called the store and the employees did nothing but laugh and not give a care in the world. Should really have some better employees especially if the location is next to a vacation resort. 5/17/2022

Went inside, ordered at kiosk, they were supposed to bring food out to table. Waited 20 minutes, no food. Went up to counter, had to yell 6 times for someone to help me as they were just talking to each other. Then they gave me my food that was cold. And there were 3 other customers in the entire store. Horrible service!
