It waa great to sit on the deck, look at the ocean and eat delicious food. The drinks (cocktails) from menu, i don't recommend but we didn't get charged for them. We stuck with bottled drinks which was good. The food was Amazing though.

Food was amazing! We had lobster mac...look at the amount of meat in the claw, crab cakes and clam chowder. Dont forget the blueberry pie. We were thankful they were open on the Tuesday since they were expecting roads to be shutdown with the snow storm that came through. Made the drive from Texas to Maine a bit easier.

Our servers Carrisa and Sharay were so sweet and attentive. I had the house made vegetarian burger…. Outstanding! The beet salad was tasty. The sweet potato fries were good too. My husband had the fried cod sandwich with Cesar salad and said they were delicious as well. It is a small restaurant. Call ahead to put your name in.

Carolynn was our server, she is the reason we’re giving a 5 star review. She was so friendly, nice, and prompt and attentive. The food was decent. A little over priced though.

This little haut is great. It was hopping on a Monday night. Just look at this view! On some occasions, while on vacation, I exhale, feel entirely relaxed and actually feel like I am having a vacation moment. This haddock sandwich was one such moment.

Tucked away gem! We ate outside at sunset and it was glorious. Lobster ravioli and the fish and chips were on point. Kids loved the clam chowder. They were short staffed but the server worked hard to make sure our experience was top notch.

Ate at many places during our stay in Bar Harbor and this is a hidden gem. Has low expectations for a hotel restaurant vs a restaurant, however I shouldn't have judged a book by its cover. My wife and I both said hands down this was the best quality and taste we had anywhere here. The staff was great and the view was awesome. Wish we would have eaten all our meals here. PS We had the burbon salmon and tuscon chicken 🐔.

We walked off of a boat tour and into this hotel restaurant near closing time, and the friendly staff seated us immediately. The quiche and salad were a refreshing meal after a morning in the sun. This was a very lucky find!

Relaxed dining in a quaint little town. Excellent food. The brie with blueberries was amazing. It would be better with toast.

the restaurant is small and cozy. the food was alright but the service was nonexistent. the lady at the bar ended up being our waitress instead of the actual waiter. convenient and a good spot to go to if you're in the area and don't want to make the trip all the way downtown. would have liked to eat outside for the views but we went during the colder months so we couldn't enjoy. we loved the hotel so will likely come back to try again in the warmer season.

We went in expecting the run of the mill hotel bistro attempt. We all know, usually a place for guests to grab a bite. I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. They had a special, "Chicken Fried Steak". This was in a totally different leage from little dinner comfort food. The chef shook it up. The steak was breaded instead of battered then made this garlic mushroom caper sauce that balanced the steak amazingly. Everything with our meals was same level. You maybe a small establishment, but keep mixing it up. It is working.

There are several clearly marked gluten-free items on the menu. Our server, Camille, was great. She was attentive but not over-bearing, and she had a good sense of humor. The salads we ordered, one with salmon and one with shrimp, were generous and tasty. I particularly liked the fried garbanzo beans!
