Easily one of the best breakfast spots in Bar Harbor! The staff were so welcoming and sweet, and the food was delicious. We tried the breakfast sandwich on a kaiser roll and the smoked trout omelette. Both dishes were really flavorful and cooked well. I also got the Milky Way latte (chocolate and ca
Even though the reviews said the service was not great we had a good experience, we were served quickly and the waitress was very nice. The food was so good!! Ordered fresh orange juice and lobster omelet. Man was it good!!! They also give you a lot of food and their biscuit with strawberry butter w
Visiting bar harbor and love breakfast? You should be here.
Their lobster Benedict is iconic. Many other delicious menu items. Tasty coffee. Good service.
Plenty of seating.
I highly recommend 2 cats…delicious breakfast, friendly staff and a wide variety of options on the menu.
We had a quick stop at this place before our kayaking tour. We ordered biscuit bacon egg cheese. It was amazing! We ate it right before our tour and the smell got everyone crazy! Then I heard they are famous for their biscuit, which was truly amazing! 💯 recommended!
Food was good. Service (Maddie) was awful. For whatever reason, she had an attitude anytime we asked her for something.
I’ve worked in the service industry for 30 years, so I’m very courteous by nature when asking for something.
So I have no idea what her issue was/is, but she probably needs to find
Delicious food and cozy atmosphere. On a very busy day the wait was not too long, and very much worth the time. The lobster eggs Benedict was delicious with a huge serving of hot fries and fresh fruit. The Catspaw pastry was tasty as well.
Overall, the food was good. Between three of us we had plain pancakes, specialty pancakes (the Elvis) and their house made granola with fruit and yogurt. The only miss was the bacon that my daughter got on the side. It was thick cut, which was nice, but a little underdone for her taste. On a very
You can definitely tell there's love in the cooking! Cute atmosphere and excellent food. I got herbed eggs, and it did not disappoint! The eggs were loaded with fresh summer herbs and perfectly seasoned, as were the potatoes. I'm a sucker for a good biscuit, and the fact that it came with strawberry
A very popular breakfast place in Bar Harbor! We tried to go one morning and the wait was too long, so we tried again a couple days later.
The decor was cute - it's feels like a cozy house with little cat-themed art everywhere.
They're famous for their biscuits, so don't skip those. We enjoyed the
Good breakfast, cute place. Many of their breakfast dishes come on biscuits or served with biscuits. Our table didn’t love them. They seemed really dry and like they had been left out. BUT everything else was very tasty. Service was great. We tried a “Catspaw” to go and would order this if I return.
Love the unique options on the menu. Lox and bagel special was superb. Eggs benedict on homemade biscuit was outstanding. Watch out for the bees later in the season if you sit outside. Beautiful flowers in their gardens attract them.
Did not stay at the Inn, we went for breakfast.
If there was a wait I'd say skip it. I didn't enjoy my breakfast at all, it was cold. All of it. I was so disappointed. My husband and daughters food was hot and they loved it. So, I guess skip the poached eggs/eggs Benedict and you might be alright.
Stopped in here to check this place out yesterday and the food and service were so great we had to return today! Once again the food was delicious and the service was phenomenal. If you're ever in Bar Harbor, you have to stop in!! Yesterday I had the Lobster Egg Benedict and biscuits and strawberry
A very cool place with great home-style food. We had breakfast and it was 5 Star. It's in a former home, and they've done a great job of keeping the home feeling with small dining spaces throughout. In a heavily tourist town, it feels like dinner with the neighbors. I am a tourist and like the tour
We came here after doing caddilac mountain because we had our pup
And they were dog friendly outside. Nice pretty large patio area surrounded by lots flowers . Great staff and very attentive. The breakfast was very good my wife’s ordered a breakfast sandwich on homemade bread with “spicy” homefries
The food was good. The pancakes were fluffy but had a very eggy taste. Being a vegetarian I could not eat it because of the taste. But otherwise it was a great place for brunch.
The service was ok, the girl who took our order didn't understand English that well. My friend wanted to order a dish whic
Really great place to eat. My girlfriend and I went here for lunch while visiting Acadia National Park. The service was nice, very friendly to us and our dog, which was allowed on the patio :) We got a "cat paw" which is like a cinnamon biscuit muffin thing and it was SO good I cannot believe it isn
Excellent breakfast place! Biscuits with the strawberry butter were so soft, crunchy, and flakey all at once! Such a delicate balance. My wife had blueberry pancakes which were made with local blueberries, and I had a bacon and mushroom omelette. Local and organic food! The server was fabulous. Grea
