Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Baltimore - Photo album

First, the service was so slow that i stood in line for over 20 mins waiting to order. Then the food took over 20 mins, after which I was given two messy chicken sandwiches.
They forgot my blackened chicken sandwich so I had to go back in for it. I waited about 10 minutes, but good lord, it was the best chicken sandwich I've ever had, LEGIT. Rest of our order was correct and delicious , at least.
Food served nice and hot with friendly service.
Don't let the area fool you. This Popeyes specifically is one of my favorites (drive thru wise). The drive thru is fast and I don't have to wait long for food (usually spicy chicken sandwich combo and some sides).

the best hot food the best friendly customer service and the clean dining room the clean parking lot the manager with multiple tattoos is a manager with a lot of education if you were heard very loud but as he explained that he had a bad throat and apologized for how could be heard and the employees
Night shift crew has top notch customer service; polite, attentive, repeated the order back to you, and overall very respectful. The food was fresh hot and ready.
