Wendy's

I ordered Door dash from this Wendy's. The door dasher drops off the order which took an hour and the Wendy's is less then a 3 min drive away..We were missing an entire meal along with the drinks which were flat and one was a diet which was not supposed to be. Also our large Frosty we paid almost 5$ for..So I contacted the door dasher to see what the hell happened??? He said that was exactly what they handed him an that they were playing around, goofing off, and taking forever on the order. Now I couldn't tell ya if it was the door dasher that took some of our food but I do know that Wendy's played a part because there was food in our bag that wasn't ours. I have eaten here several times dinning in and besides taking a long time when I got breakfast there before but other then that everything was fine. The food is always good when you get the right food lol!

The food was perfect! I got the 2 for 3$ breakfast sandwiches which you can choose from a sausage biscuit or an egg and cheese biscuit a small coffee or seasoned potatoes. Everything tasted like it was freshly made. The wait was a little long which didn't just pertain to me there were other customers upset about their wait as well. The staff was very nice.

I've been going here for yrs the area might not be best spot they can be a little slow at times I can't speak for everyone but one thing I can say they always had my food right and it was always fresh ive never gotten attitude from one worker ever or a verbal disagreement over my food here and the service is always good

I believe customer service and professional behavior, accountability, and ethics are non-negotiable requirements for any industry and workplace. Implementing the related standards and tasks to manage fast food and maintain healthy public interactions cannot be dismissed upon individual convenience. Such Must be applied Always even when individual experiences of any kind throughout the day aren't favorable. Personal appearance to fit at least the basics (i.e., hair neatness and away from shoulders, visibly good skin care, how uniforms are worn and their cleanliness), common mannerisms, and speed (wait-time is especially hurtful to experience in drive-thru) with neatness and accuracy will help to improve public interactions and overall job performance too. 4 STARS for years of operation at this location, an opinionatingly good menu, serving breakfast now, a restroom and dining area, and for making coffee that doesn't smell like, look like, and taste like it was made from last week's re-used-again coffee grinds!
