Kiosk kept freezing. Took 4 tries to place my order. After touching the kiosk, I tried to use the hand sanitizer attached to the side; out. Tried the one by the front door; out. Come on yal. 🤦🏻♂️ Rude when bringing me my order, which was also missing items, and then rude when I asked for the missing items. I only gave two stars cause it was raining. But that’s still not an excuse to ignore someone when they say “I hope you have a good day.” 🙄😒😩
It’s always so miserable going here just because of the service. They’re rude no matter how nice you are. They’ll get aggressive with you if you order more than a single item and they clearly hate their job. Something needs to be done here because the service sucks! It’s only McDonald’s but shoot on
I guess they were short staffed and training at the same time because when I walked in, everyone looked upset waiting for their food. However, there was a worker who quickly got the food out for everyone. He was not playing! The line quickly shortened soon after. Talk about teamwork 💪🏾
