Back in the day the Caton castle was the place to be it has now turnt into a hangout spot for the older crowd it's always a good time with great people and you don't have to worry about getting shot or robbed

Do NOT let the surrounding area stop you from going here! The jazz is outstanding, the staff is very friendly, and the food is down home tasty. The chef will even accommodate vegetarians by request! One of the few remaining traditional jazz clubs around.
If ever there were a surprise spot, this cool bar is it. Deep into west Baltimore I heard great music, got quick & fast service for a great price. This was a tribute to one of Baltimore's legendary musicIan's (Art Blakey I think😔), the group played for well over two hours.
