Cute, small shop, on the corner next to Phillips seafood. Hard served ice cream, milkshakes, Starbucks brand coffee. Prices aren’t too bad. The espresso chip ice cream was so good. They have a few seats inside or four tables outside. Employees were very kind.

When we went on a Saturday afternoon, there was a line that went rather slowly. The workers didn't seem rushed but they were all working. I'm not going to fault them because I can understand burning out if you rush all the time, especially if the customers never stop.

Went here for dessert directly after eating at Fogo De Chao across the street. It's a very quaint icecream shop located on the harbor. My wife got a scoop of the cookies & cream (which was delicious) and I got a large cold brew coffee, which was also delicious.

Our family visited Lucky's on Feb 5, 2023. As we were walking down the Harbor, what caught our attention was the Lucky's store site - so warningly welcome and giving out the sense of "tasty" :) We were absolutely right! We had our dogs with us and when I asked the employee if I could have a cup of water for them, fully expecting one of the smaller ice cream cups, which would've been totally fine, she gave me a full bowl of water for them. Super tasty ice cream at the Inner Harbor! Many delicious flavors! Very reasonably priced ($2 kiddie scoop). Great location. They also have cute candy bags (big and small) - great as a gift.
