Just enjoyed fries with a chicken cheesesteak with everything on it plus hots and banana peppers and it was DELICIOUS! 5/5 would recommend! The fries were hot with the right amount of crisp to them and the ingredients in the chicken cheese steak were fresh and flavorful.

The food is always delicious, the service is great atmosphere is a family vibe. One of the cooks use to own the sub shop on Greenmount and 33rd street. He's not gone. He's at Vito's pizza. Y'all got to go and get the great food, when he was on 33rd st. Now he's with his brother. The food is more wonderful. I got a salad and my husband got a cheese steak. Delicious. The same great food but different place. Got to go and try the best food in Maryland.

I’ve been going to Vito’s for 14 years and it’s always great. Pizza and subs are high quality and delicious. The people complaining about “the guy behind the counter” on here, I’m guessing, were rude to him. I’ve always found all the staff welcoming and friendly. Maybe the world doesn’t revolve around you because you happen to be buying a pizza? Either way I’m happy to keep supporting them and eating their delicious food! Love Vito’s!

I have had the honor of eating at Vito's on York Road twice now. Each time I went I was blown away by the food it was so delicious. The staff was very friendly and engaging. They were super busy people were coming in and out constantly picking up orders or eating in. I also went with my best friend and she loved it just as well. We plan to go there last week however when we arrived the place was boarded up on the front door. Later I found out on the news when I searched for it that they were the victim of a second robbery. I was really sad to hear that this is a great authentic Italian pizza and sub place and if you're ever in the area don't miss out on this Hidden Gem. We will return always.
