Hidden gem. Delicious food, cozy atmosphere and the nicest people. They stayed open late for us so we could dine in and they served us the most delicious Himalayan Feast.

Newly renovated space with plenty of seating. The food is delicious and fresh. I just got back from Nepal and this place is the real deal. Family run business and they put their love into every dish. We had dinner with our 13 year old and he loved everything.

Highly recommend! The best Indian food in South Baltimore! The staff here is also so friendly. Our flight got delayed and they stayed open a few minutes late so that we were able to pick up our food.

This is the BEST Nepali, Tibetan, and Indian food I have EVER had, and I've been around to many of them. Their Lamb was perfectly cooked, and it was so good, I forgot to get a picture of it! I highly recommend you try this and you'll NEVER go anywhere else.

The Himalayan House is one of the best restaurants in Baltimore! I am not an "adventurous eater" but when I tried the food it was just amazing! Something I could never cook at home. The flavors are awesome. The Chicken Tiki is delicious and the veggie Momo maybe my favorite taste ever! The family that owns the business is wonderful, friendly and very hardworking. I love to support their business.

Overall I'll def be back to try more of the menu. Large selection of indian dishes...Wish there was more of a Nepali selection without meat. But the food was really great. Seasoned great. And great service very quick. :) cozy atmosphere and everyone there was so welcoming!

This was such a treat! We ordered the Himalayan Feast and goodness, the amount of food was enormous! Everything tasted so good and service was outstanding. We ordered online and picked up. My favorite was the vegetable pakora. The naan bread was so good with everything or eaten alone. It wasn't spicy at all but had the right amount of spice. Definitely meant for more than two people :) Absolutely a wonderful dinner!

The ongoing pandemic has definitely taken a toll on a lot of businesses and public places since a consumer’s mindset to buy anything outside of essentials or to visit a public place like a park or beach, has crippled down significantly. Now by living with what has become the new normal, it is commendable on how these businesses and public places continue to remain open and cater to the general public by following the safety standards. It is now all the more important that we as customers, support these heroes during these dark hours to mankind. We were visiting our friends in Maryland for the weekend and had a sudden rush for Momo tasting. Our local friends were quick to suggest this place for the best Momos in town. It was a good 30 minute drive, so we placed our order ahead of time over phone and started off. The place wasn’t too busy so finding a street side parking wasn’t a big a deal. The place looked modest from outside and as we entered, we were welcomed by a gentleman(probably the owner) who was at the counter. The place has a rustic feel to it with some retro pics hung on the wall along with money plant growing around. Guess he is somebody who takes social distancing very seriously. He was almost a 50 feet away from us and was barricaded by a wall of table and our pickup bag was ready on it for take off. The order was paid for, so no waiting or stalling for the payments. We requested a chopped onion and before we knew it, we were on our way back home. The food was amazingly well made. We ordered veg momos (came with authentic ginger chutney/sauce), dhal makkani, paneer tikka masala, mango lassi and aloo paratha. The spice was on the mark and the food was on the money. The only sour point was finding the mango lassi being spilt a bit on the cover, but I give the benefit of doubt to our mishandling of the bag as everything else was packed perfectly to the T. If you are near Baltimore, do give this place your love.

This food is so fresh and delicious. We ordered the chicken choyala and cannot wait to eat it again. Pairs perfectly with the raita and chicken momos!
