It's hard to find good service these days but today the stars aligned. We had two fantastic steaks and the salmon, and everything came out perfect. It was my first time at Texas Roadhouse, and I had a great time. The food was amazing, and I had an incredible server. When you first come in, they let you pick your steak. The only complaint that I had was that it was a bit loud but it was a fun environment.
Update: was contacted by a regional manager who provided a discount to return for a second visit. Ordered another round of 3 prime ribs. Every single one was cooked perfectly. Food and service was on point. Redemption day factor is a 5 star for me.
