Had breakfast here this morning. Bustling, fast paced little place. Service was fast, efficient, and friendly. Prices and value for dollar were great. Everything we tried was fresh, well prepared and delicious. We had cheesy bacon grits and stuffed French toast, bagels with lox.
Didn't think to take before photos...lol, but you can tell by the after one I'm being 💯.

This place has decent simple food for a good price.
I got cinnamon French toast which came with bacon and eggs, as well as some home fries. The portions are reasonable.

David and Dad's is what appears to be an old bank building. This breakfast restaurant is great way to reuse the space. Spacious with plenty of tables to sit. My hotels offers breakfast but this restaurant is way better option with a variety of options. The cashiers/servers are all really nice and helpful; can the owner open up a place in NYC please with the same type of customer service, PLEASE!!!
I ate here almost every day of my stay in Baltimore, the offerings of French toast, home fries, omelettes and iced latte made me a happy foodie.
Any time I am back in Baltimore I will definitely go back to this restaurant.

A great place for a quick lunch. The turkey Alexander sandwich was delicious. Served promptly. It’s pretty much self serve but the staff were friendly despite being extremely busy. I’d definitely go back if I’m in this area again.

I loved this place. Delicious food, wraps, and sandwiches. Great to take away. Kind staff, and the building is very antique and nice.

Awesome cafe in what looks like an old bank building. I got a tropical smoothie and a chicken caesar wrap. Both were delicious and reasonably priced. 10 out of 10.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great place to go for a quick bite and coffee in the morning. Food was fine, nothing spectacular or knock your socks off.

I've been a couple times previously for a coffee. This time I went for lunch and enjoyed my Reuben sandwich. It was quite busy around 1pm but I easily found a seat.
Paying is slightly different, as you only pay when ordering if you are doing take away. If you are eating in you pay at the counter before leaving.
Bathroom is clean, but hidden. Just ask an employee and they'll direct you.

Amazing eat-in cafe in downtown Baltimore! Pancakes are incredibly fluffy, bagels / croissants taste freshly made & we tried the iced pistachio latte (HIGHLY recommend). Very tasty and affordable with helpful/kind staff. Be sure to try next time you’re in town!
