I had the brisket plate with their fries and slaw, and everything was just excellent. We were able to get extra sauce for our meat, and it was just a very good meal all around. The service was outstanding, and prompt. Overall, I have to give Charlotte's Rib 5 stars. We will be back, again.
I thought I was back in Texas for a moment. Friendly people, great atmosphere and some of the best BBQ I have ever had. The beef brisket was tender and had a great smokey flavor. The baked beans and cole slaw were equally as good. You wont be disappointed!
Wow! They catered an event for us a week or so ago. Food, sides, and dessert were beyond anything we expected! Thank you Lisa for such a terrific job - we thoroughly enjoyed it all.
Been a customer of Charlottes Rib for nearly 40 years. Although they have moved locations the food is just the same - excellent. This is a hidden BBQ secret if you are not familiar with this restaurant. They employees are family and you will certainly get to recognize them every time they are in. My favorite is their sliced beef brisket. Keep up the good work!
If you want a grandma home cooked style meal. Here ya go! They do everything in a ‘light’ manner. Very good bbq. Family style service.
