Average sonic experience. The restaurant was very dirty, especially the bathrooms. If you use the womens make sure you have your phone nearby because the door doesn't want to open. The motzerella sticks tasted like fish blah.

Hands down the best totchos I've ever had at a Sonic. I've been eating this item at various locations across Texas and Arkansas and they are all disappointing compared to this one. This one had the perfect amount of filler, the perfect amount of sauce, the perfect amount of tots, and was just all-around delicious. The staff was also extremely nice and the food was quick. I've come back since to confirm that they will make it the same way again and they did. Definitely recommend.

I was traveling and decided to stop in the food was good and hot and fresh the staff was very friendly but my coffee that's my first time trying to iced coffee and it was horrible but other than that experience was great

Not good. Got the chicken slinger and it was not as pictured. In the pic it looked like a full size sandwich but the one I got was kids meal sized, was not put together right, missing correct sauce, etc. We had to go back twice because they shorted us on napkins and no ketchup. Fries were not quite crispy on the outside and mushy on the inside and I don't think they were salted at all. Wife's #1 burger had no flavor.

To "the owner" that responded... I'm really confused by your message. I put my review against the franchise that I had the issue with and I detailed the issues I experienced. Why do you need me to call some number and report what I've already reported? If you actually work for Sonic, as I'm assuming you do, why isn't there some process already in place to move reviews like mine into the official channels so that they "hold the drive-in accountable"? Shouldn't that be YOUR job? If you all cared about quality at all, you'd have taken care of the next steps already.
