Come here after church sometimes. Get a home made SuperValu doughnut and, both it and the caribou taste ten times better. The latte and cappuccino are accurately made and taste good. Cannot give five stars because they don’t have matcha latte like the other big chain does.

Drove way out of my way to get coffee. Online is says they are open until 7pm but at 630 they are there, open sign is on but wouldn't serve me because they said they are closed. I guess you can't trust them, don't drive put of your way.

On our way to Chicago we stopped at Caribou for a wake me up drink at 6 am. The lady that took our drink orders was friendly but the girl that made my mocha could work on her customer service skills but she did make my drink exactly how I like it.

Love this place. I come here at least once a week and they always remember me and my order. I have a specific temperature I like my coffee and they always get it right, but I love seeing the people who work here.

The only thing I miss about living in Baldwin is this Caribou. The people are caribou not only know exactly what I order they take the time to have a quick conversation. I seriously still drive to Baldwin when we can just to go to this caribou. They have the best staff, hands down.
