I adore this place so much if I am ever in the area I drop by. The classic small business family vibe where the waiters care and are professional. Pair that with good pricing and food made with love. The way you tell if a Latin restaurant is good... The salsa.. Which by the way they are proud of and bring you a green and a red. The chips appear to be fried here as well. The tacos.. Hand made tortilla at $2 per carne asada.. Others at $3.. If I could I would move the building to my city lol..

Horrible, horrible customer service. Staff seemed to be bothered by their patrons. For the entirety of our meal the servers stand in the kitchen talking, laughing and watching their guests instead of taking orders. I overheard the older waitress/cashier (possibly the owner?) belittle a paying guest. First of all, this is the only restaurant I've ever been to that charges for iced tea refills, and at full price. After the guest asked about the extra charge (apparently had two refills of iced tea) the waitress said "I should really charge you for 3 drinks, nobody finishes 3 glasses, they barely finish 2, the mugs are so big!" She said they are going to put 'no refills' on their menu.....shouldn't that already be on the menu? She snapped back with so much anger, maybe because the guest questioned her? Wow. I am a seasoned restaurateur and prefer to give excellent reviews, but this place really should show some appreciation to their paying customers...especially because there are much better restaurants with fantastic service close by. Overall, the food was tasty, but the service and atmosphere left so much to be desired. Go where you are appreciated....and the iced tea refills are free!

Always great service, great coffee and I've enjoyed all meals throughout the day I've had and my favorite is breakfast. Their huevos con chorizo are delicious. They always bring out chips and salsa. The chips are authentic and the salsa freshly made, both red and green. The salsa is Perfect for the chips and meals.

I'm so disappointed in the way we were treated at this place which I had considered decent. My son is autistic and was about to eat a sandwich from elsewhere and I was notified by the waitress when I was about to order, when in reality she came not to take our order, but to ask us to leave because my son had food from somewhere else, I was very upset and decided not to cause a scene and just leave, other patrons looked at us in confusion, since we had just arrived. It saddened me to see someone be cold hearted on a child. I will never eat there again. I was a regular customer but not anymore. Food was decent but the attitude in general of the waitresses is horrible. They look so unhappy to be working there.

I would have given this place 5 stars, but a few days ago the waitress that took mi order, got my order wrong and instead of apologizing argued with me. I would have eaten what she brought me anyway because I don't like to be mean to people or give people a hard time. I accepted the food she brought me, I wish she would have accepted she messed up instead of trying to make me look like a liar. My family all heard me order so there was never a doubt. Hope she starts to write down the orders so she doesn't ruin someone else's meal.

Stay away!!!! My main problem was I found a hair in my rice. So i didnt even finish my food or enjoy it. I complained they didnt even care. The service sucked. The waitress wouldn't come to our table and was extremely rude. I asked for the owner and a lady claiming she was the Co owner came by but was no help. Avoid yourself a head ache and just go elsewhere where you can enjoy your food and the service.
