Chipotle Mexican Grill

First time at this location and I decided to order ahead so once I got there I realized I forgot to order drinks so I got in line and waited patiently and asked if I can get two drinks and they sent me to the cashier and I told her I wanted two drinks and shes basically ignoring me telling me I have to wait for the people behind me which makes no sense so I’m waiting and waiting and not once did they get my drinks they were just serving all the people behind me even though I waited in line, waste of my time! Never coming here again the women were rude.

This location is horrible. It's always something. Today, they werent able to cook steak or chicken because their grill was down and they only had barbacoa. They didn't even clean the barbacoa good. There were blobs of fat and nerve endings in the meat. Advice to business owners: don't allow teenagers to run your businesses....they just don't care.

Me and my wife arrive at 9:05 pm and there was 2 people in front of us it took the employee a bout 9 min to finish there order as we approach she all they have is carnitas while they were cooking steak and chicken on the flat top i asked what about that she said that’s for online orders only 😫i was disappointed and at this time a big line formed to door then she healed across the restaurant that they only have carnitas,at this time Aberto the managers was working very angry and fast i asked his name and who he was but they seem not to care about the paying customers we were disappointed and will not be back to this location we will travel father to the stockdale hey as they seem to be busy all ways keep their guest satisfied i would have zero stars if i could

Is'nt online ordering supposed to be faster and more convenient than standing in line ? I ordered at 5pm, the order said it would've been ready at 5:20. Still here waiting at 5:40 andd 5 parties who stood in line to order have came and left. Defeats the purpose. Why offer this option if the process is not streamlined.
