2 protein bowls were 17.50? She didn't even give me the correct receipt. She was rushing me even though I was the only one in there. Maybe she was just having a bad day. Either way horrible customer service. I am very dissatisfied. If I wasn't busy I'd take it back and say just give me my money back.

My Subway account was fraudulently used at this location about a week ago. I have been trying to call the store for days and days and nobody ever picks up. You have to call the gas station for someone to answer. The manager Alina I spoke with was very nice and empathic but unfortunately the situation is not yet resolved as this is in the owner's hands and he has yet to contact me to clear the issue. Very disappointed.

I work the graveyard shifts and the three times I’ve been here to order a sandwich, the woman says they’re closed but it’s 24 hour service. I was walking away and I turned around to ask for the managers name because i thought it was very weird and the rookie there was swinging a little happy dance that I was leaving. The woman got angry and said “exactly what I said, were closed!” I felt disrespected and I promise I will not return to this Valero Subway on Union avenue. They don’t wash their hands either after handling cash. Thumbs down.

Went in on 11/3/17 and had horrible customer service. I usually always go to this subway but today the two people that I usually never see were goofing around, complaining saying there tired, giving customers weird answers and not even paying attention to me on my order. The first one that started my meal by asking what kind of bread was super nice and on it, including the cashier girl. I don’t think it’s safe having a team member toss a knife to the other team member.. I think the girl who was joking name was margarita or something like that..
