The Valley Plaza location is terrible. The employees stand around talking and laughing at customers and/or passerbys in the mall instead of working. You have to stand in line for a very long time for no known reason while they laugh and stand around. As a grubhub driver and customer I'm consistently told excuses why they can't fulfill an order after waiting. Today I've been waiting for over an hour and I still see no progress on this order. Ridiculous. Don't waste your time.

Better to call it the $5 Cinnamon roll, best when served fresh out of the oven so take care to watch when this takes place otherwise you chance getting a day old reheated roll. Small for the price served in a paper folded box. Still give it 4 stars for tge flavor and doughy consistency ofthe product.

Please put enough frosting so people don't have to buy more frosting. Also, if you sell the frosting please fill the container properly. I purchased 2 and 1 was 1/2 full the other was even less.

the product is good but the staff at the bakersfield,ca location always provides a reason as to why they cannot sell large packs... very perplexing as i would think a business would be ready and willing to sell however many packs. they are in business to NOT sell their product!!!

I ordered 2 packs of 9ct mini buns on grubhub. When it arrived the receipt attached said 2 single mini buns. And in the bag was just 1 single mini bun.
