This place has won me over, customer service is on point. As they were about to hand me my order the employee at the window made it a point to recheck my bag before giving it to me And kindly said out loud what was in the bag . And the burrito supremes had extra sour cream

I have never had such a FLAT Taco in all my life. The sides totally touched with no definition for food I would like to ask (where"s the beef?') it had some pasty looking something but I would not have called it any form of beef. Come-on guys, you used to have such great Tacos. This was the location on 24th/H St. I was left hungry and disturbed. 😣

I don't go here too often but everytime I do, they either forget an item, or give me the wrong item. I worked fast food when I was in high school and I know it isn't rocket science to prepare this food correctly. You look at a screen and it tells you exactly what is on the order and how to prepare it. There are a few solutions to the issue: 1: Give better training to your staff and hold the ones who keep making the mistake accountable because it is taking money from customers. 2: Have a better screening process so you can hire people that are better suited for the job. 3: Hire managers that know how to train & lead a staff better. Just an idea.

Always a favorite place to eat, but they've gotten rid of ALL my favorites: tostadas, triple layer nachos, french fries [they are the best if you can get them without the taco seasoning], 7 layer burrito, and other vegetarian options.

Grandkids like the happy hour drink specials 2-5pm for a buck. There's a $5 box that satisfies them after a long school day.

I showed up 5 minutes after the pick up time for an online order and it wasn’t ready. They told me it would be a wait, and I waited 25 minutes before leaving without actually getting any further service. I went to the counter to speak with somebody and get a refund but 2 people had just clocked out and another was on break. Don’t do online orders for this place.
