Several cars last night sat in line waiting to put an order in for over 35 minutes. No one came out to explain what was going on. There was 5 cars behind mine alone. We all ended up backing out. This is not the way to handle problems.

First of all everythings overpriced and the portiins served are very very small and skimpy. Second i will not be going back customer service is at an all time low. Kiosks hahahhahhaha. I dont work there. Anyways i am done with this place. They expect for you to be your own cashier.....no way.
The drive thru employees need to stop waving their hand out the window for you to pull up faster. That’s rude & disrespectful & the store manager needs to do something about this.
The Taco bell i go to is on Niels Street the employees are friendly and courteous and attempt to you as fast as possible the food is always on point always has ordered
So unbelievably slowest place that I have ever experienced in my lifetime. I even went inside used their kiosk still the people who came in after me had their order and was long gone before receiving my simple order of 2 five dollar box combo's which were the same and 1 bean cheese burrito extra sa
The girl working drive through said she had no change k told her thats not my problem an all the sudden she bas change pull this on some one else im not buying it
