Just left from there and fries halfway cooked and didn't even fill the size I paid for. The drive thru person was very nice and professional, but I come home to find this. Please make sure fries are cooked and fill the size ordered. Jack in the box I already feel isn't worth the price increases
The food was good, it was made quickly, the restaurant was clean, and the cashier who took our order was very nice.
My boyfriend and I got here about 2am ish on March 4th 2020. Since we had a trailer on the back of our truck and knew the dining area would be closed. I walked up to the window to order food. The manager here is so gracious and kind, she was very patient and helpful when their system glitched and delayed my order
Food was good. Service was great. But the lobby needed alot of attention. All tables where dirty the floor was gross and the soda needed to be wiped down.
All I'm going to say is....if you don't like working at Jack in the box...get your education up!!! Terrible service 9 times out of 10 on the Eastside
I order a cheese burger and the meat had no flavor and wasn't even hot.. when I order I had a car in front of me.. that lady dint even waited more then a minute.. I pull up and got mine right away, so that tells me that I'm right. It was done so fast that they dint cooked and heated my burger good.
In a semi. The night manager i spoke to on the phone told us to walk up to the door and she would take our order... awesome to have her do that since covid has so many places closed its hard to get a truck into places ...... thank you!!!!
