Review Mcdonald's - Bakersfield

As a person who used to work at a few fast food locations, I know how quickly you're supposed to rush food out of the window. I understand that mistakes happen sometimes and it's possible my order was swapped with someone else's. That being said, every single time I have visited this McDonald's they have forgotten at least one item. This time in particular we ordered 4 different hot and spicies *and more but this is where my problem lies*, 2 with XTRA mayo. Every sandwich was the same weird off center squirt of mayo except one of my extra mayo which looked and tasted so dry I did not even eat two bites of it. Will probably not be visiting again any time soon and this location is less than 5 minutes away from me.

Ordered fish filets and they didn’t put and tarter sauce on it. So now it’s going to be a dry sandwich. Never coming here again.

I was looking forward to my Filet-O-Fish sandwich. Had an Awful experience at 11 S Chester Ave, Bakersfield location; order was incorrect, which is understandable at time but this was too many mistakes & couldn't eat whole my meal, except my fries. Fish was dry, no sauce & burn both sides of buns & requested "no cheese" it had cheese. I call several times to notify Manager. However, no one would answer my calls so I decided to share my experience with all of you. Best McDonald's location is on Ming & McDonalds Street in Bakersfield. Great service, respectful and delicious meals! That "Value" for your money.

I love how they have flowers at each table. My daughter got the happy meal with 4 chicken nuggets, fries and apple slices. I got a cheeseburger with fries and drink; it was pretty good.

I love the black coffee more than Starbucks or Dutch Bros.

Honestly I don't eat at McDonald's. The food is horrible. This is what I noticed yesterday. Overwhelming amount of customers in the lobby waiting on food. I never once saw a supervisor take charge to see what was going on and or welcome the customers. Food was brought back wrong order, a worker gave young kids their order with their drink in icy spilling all over the place yet never recognized their issue. one thing that stands out that was gross to me while waiting in line with the other customers. A worker had gloves stepped out of the kitchen area into the lobby and return with a box in her hand. She put the frozen hash browns into the refrigerator and then commence to working on cooking the food. I thought this was kind of odd and I feel that she should have switched out her gloves. thanks for everybody's staying secure and working hard in this unorganized location. Please change out your gloves if you are stepping out of the kitchen and out of the work area to return

Well, I decided to try the new chicken sandwich. Didn't know there was a choice of 3 different types. I was not asked which one I wanted. The one they gave me had only 2 pickles on it, no sauce or spread. It was extremely dry. Good luck with your choice. Me, never again. Price to high

This is not the best place to eat. I got a McChicken and the chicken was all dry, hard as a rock, when I bit into it my teeth hurt, the chicken nuggets were hard as well. Then they forgot a big mac and I had to go back. The only good food I got were the drinks and fries.
