This has been my go to jack in the box for years. I’ve rarely had a bad experience here and I NEVER write reviews but I just had to. I ordered my food 15-20 min before closing and I get it, everyone wants to go home. I’ve been there but we still spend our money during operating hours. I ordered fries but they gave me the COLDEST and OLDEST fries that are actually disgusting which I assume they’ve been sitting there for hours. They have a horrible taste and texture to them. The lady practically threw the bag at me. I know it’s just jack in the box.. but again.. we still spend our money and my food is inedible. So thank you.

Last time I ordered through the drive through there was a rude chick named Jennifer. I think she was the manager. Hella rude. I went there today and the lady was pleasant and very nice. She was understanding that I have 3 boys and they can be indecisive about stuff. She was patient with us. My kids like food here. Me not so much I'm not a fast food person but I take then there once in a while for a treat. All in all wasnt to bad this time.

Please change your hours of operation. Location is not open 24. *Addition* Please pay more attention to your in store customers; this is the second time I've walked into location only to listen to drive thru orders being taken while I was greeted then left standing. Drive thru receives 100% attention. *Addition* Went to location again they closed early again, I asked what time they close was told "12am", i mentioned it was only 1150pm, they said "we had to close early to clean",if you've ever worked in a the food industry, like I have, you know this is BS; I spoke with Eric. This is incredible rude, if your time says 12am that means 12am not 1145pm. I will no longer go to this location, which is unfortunate because it is the closest. I will also be calling management and corporate to report. Shame shame shame.*

There are a lot of problems with how this specific restaurant is run. The franchise owners have reduced the operating hours, yet they leave the drive through menu lights on, causing customers to sit idly wondering why their orders aren't being taken. Tonight (November 03, 2021) I arrived at the drive through and ordered one Ultimate Cheeseburger and one Double Jack with Cheese. The order taker thought I said, Jumbo Jack with Cheese, since the two sound alike through a speaker intercom (thanks to the geniuses at Jack In The Box Corporate). When I got to the window, the cashier had just tried to give a credit card to the car in front of me, which wasn't his...which meant that the employees accidentally kept someone's credit card ahead of us. After paying, the cashier asked me to bring my car to the front of the restaurant and wait there for my order. After I had seen people driving out of the line who had ordered while I was sitting there, I decided that they probably had forgotten about my order and knocked on the front door window. A short, middle aged woman worker who was sitting at a table near the front door's interior and yacking mindlessly on her cell phone waived her index finger at me as in a visual scolding...don't try to enter, it's not open for dining inside. This was incredibly rude as I was a customer awaiting an order that never came. One of the workers inside behind the counter saw me and ran and got my order, handing my two burgers to me in a torn bag. I'll bet that if there were better communication and focus, Jack In The Box could do better. I give this location a D- for customer service because of tonight's events.

Worst service ever! I work for UBER EATS and my app instructions were to pick up in store as to enter through the main entrance but the main entrance was totally CLOSED as they made me go thru the drive-thru making me wait 20 mins for an order placed on the customer's phone. See attached two photos one is the app pick up instructions and the other is the actual restaurant's sign outside their door saying it was CLOSED!

I am asked by Google, Why do I love this particular Jack In the Box? My Answer: I have yet to love it. But I definitely feel the potential! With that, Shout Out to all the Employees and Leads that made this happen for me ! Thank you
Deep tanks
Slow even ordered ahead and still waited a long time. Food is okay definitely not great. Staff was nice despite seeming like the place is understaffed for fast food.
