I live around the corner from this location and I often order the 7-piece stuffed jalapenos. I ordered the stuffed jalapenos today Wednesday 06/01/2022 between 2:45 and 3:00 p.m. The pieces looked like leftovers with some pieces being a burnt shell of a jalapeno with no cheese, other ones just some burnt cheese and one piece just crusty batter. When I got home and looked at those, I looked for my receipt to get the exact time to send them a complaint, but I noticed that I did not even get a receipt back with my credit card and it was not in the bag. In addition to the bad experience of getting food that I could not eat, I first ordered a shake and was informed that they were not serving shakes. There should be a sign out on the drive-thru saying that they do not have those items.
On another occasion, I was informed at the drive-thru that they were only accepting cash. I had cars behind me and had to sit and wait in the car until the three cars in front of me were served. Same thing happened to the car behind me. Not everyone carries cash nowadays.
Back to the jalapeños, really bad experience, as I am sure they looked had the jalapeños when they packed them and decided to serve them out anyway! My order consisted of 7-piece jalapeños, large iced coffee and two cheese cakes.

I just went through the drive through on my lunch and the young girl taking my order really needs training on customer service. In the middle of ordering she rudely says,” is that all?” I proceeded to order and she asks,” what kinda fries you want?” I asked for 2 tacos with no sauce and I get 2 tacos with no sauce and no cheese. She gave me a bag of grease and it was a sandwich. This is actually a really nice area of town and would have never expected to be served with such an attitude. Not to mention my tacos were soaked in grease. I would never come back if this is how employees treat their customers. And what puzzled me was the manager , not the girl who took my order, handed me my bag. As a manager, my expectations when serving customers would the pristine and not of this quality, regardless if this is just jack in the box. I’m sure they can check to see who was actually working this day and offer them proper training. So sad.

Some girls working there is very rude and they have very baaad attitude they act like they was the owner and i get half what i paid for they need new nicer employees never again over there

Employees claim they only take cash so they can take less orders in the drive through. With a line behind me and cars in front of me I was stuck in the drive through with no way out except wait 40 minutes on a Saturday night. Absolutely do not go to this Jack In the box. If this is the management’s store policy, then at least post a sign before the drive through start.

The reviews speak for themselves. EVERY single morning I've tried to order from this location from 2-4am before heading out to work, it's ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS "we can't take your order, our system is down." It has NEVER failed.

Horrible customer service especially the person working today in the drive thru around 5 to 6pm. This happened today 10/6/21. She has zero customer service. I dont know what the owner was thinking when she was hired. I will never go back to this jack in the box location if i will have the same experience again. So disappointed and mad at the same time.

Order came out fast, but instead of getting a triple burger I got a double. I was charged for a double so it was no big deal. I didn't correct them since they already made the food. Good service though

The chicken is moist and perfectly spiced. Fries were really good too. Diet Drink was just right.
