3 out of 5 times you guys forget multiple things in an order, but constantly ask if we want sauce. It's kinda funny how focused you guys are on giving me sauce but not the food I paid for. I'm so tired of it. Maybe you're high or something but it's actually sad how horrible this Jack in the Box is. I can't keep giving y'all the benefit of the doubt because at this point you guys seem either drunk or high.

Their service can improve by a lot. You get what you pay, it is affordable fast food. I tried the breakfast platter, I didn't want the sausage or the bacon but it seemed very hard to understand for the cashier, as he asked me 3 times if I wanted bacon, sausage or both. He said what I was asking it was not possible, I end up saying give me the sausage and I will give it to a friend. The soda machine was not working so we had to ask the cashier about it. It is ok if you are low on cash and expectations.

Food was ok and quick. But, the girl had trouble speaking English well and she failed to give me back my card. I had to drive around and get in line all over again to get it back because they are NOT open for dine in service.

I used to love jack. I was 7 or 8 yrs old when I first had Jack in the Box tacos. I always bought two tacos. They don't taste the same. I've tried several times, a couple of states (Ohio and California) they just don't taste the same.
