I'm super happy about Burger adding to their menu the Impossible Burger (Whopper) definitely taste like a whopper to me which I haven't had in years! 👏🏽💚

I rarely have Burger King but when we decided to go today we just had horrible customer service with the drive thru and our food was cold. When, I believe was the manager, was presented with a coupon she was so mad and started yelling. She looked like she was having a horrible day and that coupon made it worse.

If the food isn’t overcooked or totally dry they didn’t have bbq sauce for months! How do you not have condiments? Sometimes I get a nice person most times not. I use to like Burger King not so much anymore

Area of this location was ideal to where we stayed while in Bakersfield. The staff was very friendly made all the burgers correct and marked each one of them correctly so we had the right one. The tables and eating area was clean and the beverage station was easy access and clean. Although the only way to use the bathroom, Was to get a big stick with a small key on it the bathroom was clean and even the drive thru had easy access. However the opposite side made it hard for bigger trucks to get in and out especially the handicap area not being properly maintained. Need new lines for parking spaces.

Of course the food is good as any other Burger King however i ordered a southwest salad( which is already prepared) and there was no one behind me in the drive through, but i was still asked to pull into a parking spot and they would bring my food out to my shortly. I usually have a lotof patience for fast food places because i know they deal with a lot of crappy people. But they NEVER brought my food out to me i waited 17 min before i went in and got it my self. No one even said sorry. I feel like thats horrible business and kinda rude.

The staff was extremely slow. Did not care or apologize for the 10 minute wait at the register even though she kept looking right at us and passing us by. I know you see me cuz all 10 of us in line can see u ignoring us. The worst never coming to this Burger King again. A few people even walked out. The worst kinda service ever... She was rude as well... This store needs retraining

The food is okay. But that drive-through window. Takes a long time. One vehicle in front of me and I feel like I'm sitting there forever. This is every time I go. I go through the drive-thru or convenience. And unfortunately it doesn't feel too convenient.

No mistakes on orders I can remember. Have always been polite to me and my guests. Restrooms are unlocked and accessible. Plenty on indoor seating. Food always tastes on par or better for Burger King.
