Hot-n—ready? If ready means 15-20 minute wait.. then yes it’s ready. This cardboard half baked disaster is not what piZza should be. I understand for a cheap meal, one must lower it’s expectations.. but can you at least fix the customer service? You have 5 guys in the back and one barley taking orders in the front… and that’s after he takes the phone orders. Very unorganized, unprofessional and unsatisfactory…. My personal experience. If you do plan on going here, I’d recommend calling it in first

This store is constantly rushing to get things done. And their cashier customer service needs some work. A customer will walk and up and they won’t even say “hi what can I get for you?” They just wait for you to order. Also even if you order online the wait times are insane. They need more workers and better customer service skills.

This store takes a very long time to give people their food. I waited almost an hour for one pizza!!! Not only that but I saw employees touching things around the store, then handling food. They don’t wear gloves and I wish they would. Maybe managers should consider a mandatory glove use while handling food. Don’t plan on purchasing from this store anymore.

The location on South H st & Wilson takes forever in making pizza's. I placed an order (in person) tonight and took 45 minutes to get my order. The guy didn't apologize but instead asked if I wanted a refund or just wait longer. And since I asked the question "how long will it take" he made me wait longer. About 4 customer's that ordered after me, got their order (hot-n-ready) before I got mine. So if I could give it a zero star than I would.

I waited 30 min in line For 30/35 min had to order in Spanish then one pep pizza was 17 dollars what happened to the 7 dollar thing promo over or she gauge me?? Place was good now I won't go back 4 customers lost for life have a good day

Great place! Awesome staff always get your order right the first time. Its best you call ahead to order but you can always just walk in.

This place takes forever. My wife ordered pizza, wings, & bread and took 45 minutes from the time of order was placed to receive the order. Those workers need to stop chit-chatting and make food. Giving them 1 star is way to nice.
