Review Wildberry Yogurt - Bakersfield

Overpriced and in my opinion tastes like cheap popsicles.

Me and my husband went into this Yogurtland ripoff and there were signs to wear gloves before serving yourself yogurt. It was packed and literally no one was wearing gloves, but we still put them on to comply. Once we got to the topping selections, one of the workers, WITH NO GLOVES, grabs the strawberries. My husband asked her why she wasn’t wearing gloves and she replied with more attitude than a 13 year old teenager that she doesn’t need to wear gloves and if we don’t want to wear gloves we don’t have to because no one else listens. Very unprofessional and rude and shouldn’t even be employed there. We then were so disgusted because she didn’t wash her hands or have gloves so we left and the other cashier had attitude with us too. Manager, get your employees in check. We left and decided to go to a REAL Yogurtland, and I suggest you do the same.

Not a big selection to choose from (but the frozen yogurt flavors they do have tastes very good). They do not allowed any sampling of the frozen yogurt (not even the tiniest amount). The stores location is in a convenient area good and very close to the 99 North and 99 South exits. *Also note: It is too expensive for such a small selection of frozen yogurt.

I wasn’t even able to use the sample cups myself? The worker had to basically follow my nephew and I JUST to try ONE flavor. Also, the worker was on her phone while working. Call me old fashioned, but she should be finding something to clean and make herself look busy at WORK, not be glued to her phone.

Bubble tea: awful! Felt like I was drinking sweetened condensed milk thinned with tea. Tapioca pearls barely half cooked, still hard in the center. Hopefully the froyo is better...

I like yogurt. They have been closed as of late

Favorite place to visit every time we visit the mall. This location is always very clean and organized and customer service is great.

Was the best found what I needed at the apple store and in Hollister 😁😀
